SHIPPING
We aim for all orders placed before 12:00 midday Monday - Friday to be dispatch on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 midday Monday - Friday, or on weekends or bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.

- Express International Shipping - 1 to 3 days
All delivery duties & Custom fees are paid for EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong & United Arab Emirates. Which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. If you are not in one of the above countries, please checkout using GBP as the currency, to avoid being charged double duties.
RETURNS - from within the UK
You can return or exchange any items from your order for up to 14 days from the date it arrives with you. Simply contact us at customercare[at]emmapake.com with details of the items you’d like to return and we will send you an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number and free shipping label (Please note, sales items do not qualify for free returns).
We are happy to accept returns against any unworn and unwashed items returned in the same condition as you received them. Please keep any tags or hygiene strips attached.
We aim to process all returns within 24 hours of receipt and your refund will be with you within 14 days. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Sales items returns:
- The customer is responsible the safe return of all goods, so please ensure your parcel is packaged safely and that you retain proof of postage for your shipment. We cannot be responsible for any items which do not reach us.
